Job Title: Automotive Body Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Repair Technician to join our team at MacKay's Auto & Custom Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Plan and execute repair work, including replacing front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components
  • Clean and maintain workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
  • Repair or replace interior components, including windows, windshields, and sunroofs
  • Straighten bent frames using specialized equipment
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in the automotive body repair industry
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Reliability and dependability
Work Environment:

Our work environment is dusty, noisy, and may involve odors. You must be willing to relocate to our facility.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in our workplace.Work Hours:

40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
