Senior Account Manager - Inside Sales

Our client, a leading supplier of composite wood panels, is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join their team in Cambridge, ON.

This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of sales interactions with new and existing accounts, driving success through a proactive and goal-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales process, from prospecting to close
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance bonuses
  • Utilize sales software, M-Files, and Spire to streamline sales processes

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, with a consultative sales approach
  • Proven ability to manage territory responsibility and drive sales growth
  • Strong organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English and French language skills, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of $65,000 to $80,000, with performance bonuses up to 20-30% of base salary
