Job Title: Retail Salesperson

Quantum Mobility Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales professional who can provide exceptional customer service, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate sales records
  • Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
  • Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining store appearance
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental or lease
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
