Physiotherapy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Advanced Health & Sports Clinic: Parksville. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized physiotherapy programs to address their needs.
- Program Planning and Implementation: Plan and implement evidence-based physiotherapy programs, selecting appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports, and communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Education and Supervision: Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients, and provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
- Evaluative Tests and Procedures: Administer evaluative tests and procedures to assess patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
This is a physically demanding role that requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and manual dexterity. You will work in a fast-paced environment, often standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
