About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Lead to join our team at Freedom Mobile. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for supervising retail operations, driving sales results, and providing on-the-job training to new hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Retail Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, including inventory management, banking, merchandising, and sales.
  • Drive Sales Results: Meet personal targets while driving peers to achieve store goals through effective mentoring and training.
  • Provide On-the-Job Training: Assist in providing on-the-job training for new hires and the continued training and development of team members.
  • Lead by Example: Regularly update team members on sales progress and initiatives, and lead by example in ensuring that all standard operating policies, processes, and procedures are being adhered to.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive Retail Sales experience.
  • Previous experience in the wireless industry is an asset.
  • A positive demeanor and a commitment to improvement that leads to outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
