Key Responsibilities- Lead the program management of a research platform, ensuring the successful execution of projects and programs.
- Rally the team towards meeting common goals, fostering a collaborative and autonomous work environment.
- Support the planning of design activities from concept to entry into service of clean sheet aircraft, working closely with the chief engineer and all functions.
- Work with partners, collaborators, and suppliers to converge on executing the research program in a harmonious collaborative structure.
- Manage budgets to meet program goals for large projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
- Lead program governance and support the creation and delivery of executive updates, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Coach and guide other program management and project engineering team members towards meeting program goals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in aerospace, with a strong background in program management and operational exposure.
- Excellent analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and fact-based data-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, with a strong focus on results-driven and autonomous work.
- Self-starter with great leadership skills, able to operate in highly structured and flexible agile work environments.
- Ability to interact easily with professionals of various backgrounds and levels of expertise, both internal and external to the company.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present concisely and clearly, adapting to different audiences and levels of management.
