Are you looking for a fulfilling role in the manufacturing sector? We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Welder at CB Canada. This position involves working at multiple locations, providing flexibility in your work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the production of high-quality components by meticulously reviewing parts for compliance with quality standards and identifying any defective items.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations as mandated by the Health & Safety Act and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Thrive in a dynamic work setting, meeting production timelines and quotas.
  • Operate advanced robotic welding equipment efficiently.
  • Address any inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Complete all necessary documentation before the end of your shift.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Physical capability to bend, stretch, and reach with variously shaped and weighted components.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to retain information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour.
  • Full-time hours with various shift options available.
  • Shift premiums for afternoon and midnight shifts.
  • Overtime pay at time and a half after 40 hours.
  • Double time compensation for Sundays.
  • Opportunities for additional overtime.
