Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions, ensuring optimal working conditions and delegation of authority.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff, providing necessary authority and support.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
  • Permanent full-time position, 32 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
