About the Role:

TalentTECH is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Implementation Consultant to join our team in Montreal. As a key partner of a leading AI-driven HR software vendor, we are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant/HR Solution Implementation Consultant to drive discovery and design sessions with our clients' Human Resources teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive discovery and design sessions with clients to understand their HR needs
  • Act as a functional consultant in HR implementation projects focused on Talent Modules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful HRIS implementations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technology implementation and consulting
  • Strong experience working daily with an HRIS/HCM or an ATS
  • Fluent English
