Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Investment Operations Analyst to join our External Funds Operations team. This role involves handling investment set-ups and maintaining investments throughout their lifecycle, with a focus on Hedge Funds, Co-Investments, and Managed Account Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the trade life cycle for Funds investment transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Perform monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations to maintain investment records.
  • Provide operational support for external investments, including trade ticket preparation and accounting entries.
  • Manage cash forecasts to ensure accurate investment tracking.

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, with a focus on investment operations and accounting.
  • Strong understanding of fund investment strategies, trade lifecycle, settlement, custody, and valuation.
  • Hands-on experience in financial accounting and advanced Excel skills.
