Position Overview:

Are you a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and their families? At FIREFLY, we are a dedicated multi-service, non-profit organization focused on enhancing the health and well-being of families, children, and youth through a range of emotional, physical, developmental, and community services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and assess behavior programs tailored for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Ensure quality assurance through staff training, evaluation, and contribution to program development.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board guidelines and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with community-based service providers and agencies to address identified needs and improve care delivery.
  • Act as a resource for FIREFLY staff and community organizations.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in Behaviour Analysis or Psychology is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in training and supervising others in behavior analytics is essential.
  • Proven expertise in behavior assessment and treatment for children and youth with ASD.
  • Advanced understanding of autism, developmental disabilities, and clinical assessment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in both official languages being an asset.
