About The Opportunity

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Solution Architect to join our innovative team. With a recent overhaul of our legacy Salesforce platform, we aim to leverage technology to enhance our business operations and expand our global reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align business workflows with Salesforce best practices to ensure that solutions yield tangible business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement optimal solutions.
  • Lead the successful delivery of projects, ensuring designs meet user and business requirements.
  • Develop, document, and create foundational data structures and workflows.
  • Translate functional requirements into features and functionalities.
  • Contribute to the ideation of new solutions.
  • Oversee business and technical grooming for requirements and manage the optimization of end solutions.
  • Partner with Design Advisory and Governance teams to uphold standards.
  • Guide the technical direction of the team.
  • Support the Head of Platform Technology.
  • Innovate and discover new methods to deliver value.
  • Assist with Testing/QA through peer reviews.
  • Facilitate the UAT process by collaborating with Business Analysts and key stakeholders to develop and execute test plans.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical designs and lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with Support, Governance, and Enablement teams for user rollouts.
  • Review, manage, and conduct regression testing for Salesforce releases.
  • Mentor team members in business analysis, project management, and Salesforce best practices.

Experience & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in leading solution architecture design.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Omni Channel.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce out-of-the-box functionalities, security, and best practices.
  • Solid grasp of object-oriented programming techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Possess an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to address challenges.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and end users.
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce governor limits.
  • Experience in developing physical data architectures based on logical data models.
