About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Langley. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing solutions to our clients by working closely with therapists to select the custom mobility device that best suits their needs. You will ensure that Motion is the top choice for mobility devices in Nanaimo and surrounding area, by building relationships, keeping up with new products and developing your knowledge of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide solutions to clients by working closely with therapists to select the custom mobility device that best suits their needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with therapists, caregivers, manufacturers, and other healthcare facilities in our community.
  • Be flexible and mobile, traveling to long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, schools, and residences of clients with needs in the community.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant program (business, sales, marketing, etc.). Education in Kinesiology or Health Sciences is an asset.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of performing in-person sales calls and demonstrating client care excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
