En tant qu'Architecte de solutions au sein de Bell, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la transformation numérique et l'innovation pour notre clientèle d'entreprises. Vous serez responsable de la livraison de solutions avancées dans des domaines tels que l'Internet des objets, la mobilité, la 5G, et bien plus encore.
Votre mission :
Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique dédiée à l'innovation et à l'amélioration des services. Vous serez amené à :
- Identifier les opportunités d'innovation pour maintenir à jour le plan directeur de transformation.
- Être un fervent défenseur de l'innovation et de la transformation.
- Développer et optimiser des outils pour les groupes d'exploitation des services d'infrastructure.
- Élaborer des plans d'essai automatisés.
- Comprendre et intégrer la carte de l'expérience client dans les programmes.
- Créer des dossiers commerciaux financiers pour chaque projet d'optimisation.
- Aligner les parties prenantes internes et obtenir les approbations nécessaires.
- Évaluer les risques et proposer des mesures d'atténuation.
Compétences requises :
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez posséder :
- Un minimum de cinq ans d'expérience dans le secteur des télécommunications ou en exploitation TI.
- Un diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent ou une expérience équivalente.
- Une capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique.
- Une connaissance des méthodologies agiles, notamment SAFe.
- Une expérience en analyse de données et en utilisation de JQL/SQL.
- Des compétences avancées en MS Excel, Project, PowerPoint et Word.
