Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Spirit Ridge Owner Association. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, motel, and resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Work Environment: Work under pressure, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, reliability, team player.
Requirements
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
