About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our team at Infosys Limited. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality Android applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Android applications using Kotlin and Java programming languages
  • Lead the development of Android applications, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Android development, with a strong focus on Kotlin and Java
  • Experience with hybrid mobile technology, such as Flutter
  • Strong understanding of Android architecture, including MVP, MVVM, and Clean Architecture
  • Experience with cloud platforms and backend technologies relevant to mobile development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions

Work Environment

The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time. You should be able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
