Key Responsibilities
  • Business Requirements Gathering

Confer with clients to identify business requirements and understand their needs.

Technical Requirements Documentation

Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.

Analysis and Reporting

Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation and provide insights to stakeholders.

System Design and Development

Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet business needs.

Advice and Guidance

Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance

Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.

Usability Testing

Perform usability testing to ensure that systems are user-friendly and meet business requirements.

Testing and Quality Control

Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.

Client Support

Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure that their needs are met.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, computer science, or information systems.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.

Skills
  • Technical Skills

Microsoft Visio, SQL, MS SQL Server.

Personal Suitability

Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, initiative, and team player.

Language

English.

Work Arrangements

Permanent, 35 to 40 hours per week.
