Food Service Manager

Join Ahad Nourriture Inc. as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and submit reports on food orders, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and ensure that food meets quality control standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a food service establishment or fast food outlet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. You will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail to ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Security and Safety:A criminal record check is required for this position. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment and adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Personal Suitability:- Client focus and excellent communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
The primary language of work is English, and proficiency in this language is required for this position.
Work Schedule:The work schedule is 32 hours per week, and you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
