Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of ethnic dishes, including South Indian cuisine, for our customers.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
- Order supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient kitchen operations and minimizing waste.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work under pressure.
- Strong client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
