About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Trans Peace Financial Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our food is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional food quality.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Staff Development: Identify and develop the skills of kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure that we are meeting our financial targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
