Job Title: Plumber

At GRAYSTONE STRATA CARE LTD., we are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems
  • Repair and maintain plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment
  • Schedule personnel, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient workflow
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 5 years or more of experience in plumbing
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to work with precision
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work accurately
Work Environment:

As a Plumber, you will work in various locations, including commercial and residential settings. You will be exposed to wet and damp environments, and you must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
