About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at RDR Development & Renovations. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Assisting in Construction Tasks: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, building roofs, and other construction tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Maintaining a Safe Work Environment: Ensure a safe and clean work environment by cleaning up spills, disposing of waste, and maintaining equipment.
  • Supporting Apprentices: Instruct and guide apprentices in their training and development.
  • Operating Equipment: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, as required.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and Flexibility: Must be reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Training and Development: Willingness to learn and participate in training and development programs.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
