About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) to join our team on a seasonal, part-time basis. As a Brick Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering inspirational retail experiences to LEGO fans of all ages in our interactive and vibrant store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience: Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times (80%).
  • Store Maintenance: Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
  • Stockroom Operations: Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LBR standards, know and abide by all safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%).

Requirements

  • Effective Communication: You must be able to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
  • Availability: You must be available to work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
