Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Building and Property Condition Assessments for due diligence and capital planning initiatives.
- Analyze and finalize evaluations of existing buildings and structures.
- Perform all necessary quantity take-offs and measurements throughout project phases.
- Draft comprehensive reports detailing findings and produce precise AutoCAD drawings.
- Engage in financial oversight and coordination of projects.
- Uphold QA/QC protocols and health and safety regulations.
- Undertake any additional job-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Architectural Technology/Civil Engineering Technology/Construction Technology or a B.A. or B.Sc. in Architecture or Building Science.
- Experience in conducting Building Condition Assessments.
- Familiarity with UniFormat and asset management software.
- Understanding of HVAC systems and building envelope components.
- Proficient in AutoCAD software.
- Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
