The role requires both independent work and collaboration with team members to ensure a memorable experience for every visitor. Our Baristas are meticulous about cleanliness and exhibit a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a welcoming guest experience through effective communication and adherence to service protocols.
  • Provide insightful recommendations regarding menu items and café services.
  • Skillfully prepare both hot and cold beverages according to established standards.
  • Accurately input orders into the point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food and service quality.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the café area, ensuring it is organized and free of clutter.
  • Adhere to merchandising, stocking, and storage protocols for grab & go items.
  • Be attentive to special requests, including dietary restrictions.
  • Efficiently complete opening, closing, and additional duties.
  • Follow all food safety regulations and procedures.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a barista role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Genuine passion for customer service.
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective organizational skills and sales aptitude.
  • Capacity to multitask while maintaining a sense of urgency.
