Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tire Retreading Specialist to join our team at our Bridgewater, NS location. In this role, you will be responsible for retreading tires using a variety of techniques and tools. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment, using your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail to ensure that each tire is retreaded to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prepare tires for retreading using hand tools and equipment.
  • Follow established retreading procedures to ensure high-quality results.
  • Work methodically and patiently, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a mechanical aptitude and be able to use hand tools and equipment.
  • Be able to stand for extended periods of time and use Personal Protection Equipment as required.
  • Have basic computer skills and be able to work in a team environment.
  • Have a strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
