Kitchen Helper Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Crave Station Inc. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene.
  • Dishroom Operations: Assist with loading and unloading dishwashers, washing dishes, and putting away clean dishes.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Portioning and Wrapping: Portion and wrap food items for service.
  • Trash and Recycling: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure recycling is properly sorted.
  • General Kitchen Duties: Assist with general kitchen duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability, ability to multitask, dependability, and a positive attitude.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate for this position.
  • Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
