About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Product Designer to join our team at hireVouch. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for driving the design of our products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with product management to develop and execute product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Represent the company externally as a design leader, sharing our expertise and thought leadership in the industry.
  • Contribute to the development of our design systems and processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organization.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience designing products across multiple platforms, including web and mobile.
  • 1-2 years of experience shipping products as a senior designer, with the ability to take ownership and lead projects end-to-end.
  • Experience with motion graphics and design thinking process.
  • Familiarity with agile development environments and design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A portfolio that showcases your range in product design, design systems, user research, and visual design.
  • Ability to work in-office up to 2x/month.
