Job Summary

Fraser Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Delta Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide expert nutrition care to patients, families, and caregivers. Responsibilities
  1. Assess patient needs and develop personalized nutrition care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  2. Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics.
  3. Contribute to the development of clinical practice guidelines and quality initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with the dietetic internship program to provide educational support and evaluation.
  5. Act as a resource for the interdisciplinary team, allied health professionals, and the community on nutrition-related matters.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from an approved educational institution.
  • Successful completion of an approved dietetic internship program.
  • Current registration with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia.
  • Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
