Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at GO TO TECH SOLUTIONS CORP. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective operations.
  • Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage a large workload.
Personal Qualities
  • Accurate and efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to work in a hybrid environment.
Work Information
  • Permanent position.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language required.
