About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Water Resources Engineering Intern to join our team at Englobe. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to deliver high-quality projects and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general project engineering duties under the supervision of a Professional Engineer or Professional Technologist.
  • Develop and analyze various hydrology and hydraulic models using software such as HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS.
  • Prepare reports, design drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Perform construction administration and general construction supervision duties.
  • Work closely with our clients to ensure their project objectives are met.
  • Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from an accredited University, with specialization in water resources and experience with various water resources design software.
  • Registered or eligible for registration with PEO.
  • Show an aptitude for general construction methods.
  • Class G Drivers License and personal vehicle for out-of-town work.
  • Self-motivated with good leadership, project and client management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.
