About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to join our team in the GTA region. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch, including sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of all personnel
    • Provide direction, training, and coaching to all branch staff
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the branch's profit and loss statement (P&L)
    • Oversee budgeting, expenses, and inventory management
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered
  • Compliance and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Brand Ambassador
    • Represent the company as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory and sales experience in the electrical industry
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Electrical industry experience
