Position Overview: Kitchen Operations Associate

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our culinary team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Core Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and seating areas.
  • Efficiently operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Assist in the preparation, heating, and finishing of basic food items.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure availability of fresh ingredients.
  • Take and serve customer orders at counters or buffet setups.
  • Uphold hygiene standards by cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas and equipment.
  • Safely handle and store cleaning supplies and products.
  • Manage kitchen waste by removing garbage and trash regularly.
  • Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting as needed.
Equipment Proficiency
  • Experience with deep fryers and electronic cash registers is an asset.
Essential Skills
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial for maintaining quality and safety standards.
