About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hairstylist to join our team at TECHNE Hair and Salon. As a hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their hair care needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for hair services.
  • Hairstyling Services: Cut, color, style, and treat hair using a variety of techniques and products.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction with hair services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to ensure a smooth and efficient salon experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of hair care products and supplies, and order additional products as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the hair care industry.
  • Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio environment.
