**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Winch Truck Operator to join our team in Grande Prairie, Alberta. As a Winch Truck Operator, you will be responsible for hauling various cargo, conducting pre-operational checks on equipment, and operating loading and unloading equipment as required.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Haul various cargo, including heavy equipment and materials
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Operate loading and unloading equipment as required, including winches and cranes
  • Adhere to daily schedules set out by Dispatch and Supervision
  • Complete daily paperwork and reporting accurately and on time
  • Promote a safe working culture and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies
  • Maintain a clean and organized truck

**Requirements**

  • Must hold a valid Class 1 license
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of on/off highway driving experience
  • Must have equipment hauling experience
  • Must have winch truck operating experience
  • Must have experience with 32- and 40-wheel configurations
  • Availability to work rotational shifts, including days and nights
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol clearance
  • Solid communication skills
  • Ability to navigate work sites and adapt to daily changes in scopes of work
  • Acceptable driver's abstract
