Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the quantity and costs of food supplies and ingredients.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of food expenses, usage, sales, and inventory levels.
  • Evaluate operational costs and analyze various data metrics.
  • Showcase innovative cooking techniques and equipment to the kitchen team.
  • Develop and test new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Guide kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of dishes.
  • Prepare and cook full meals and specialty items for events such as banquets.
  • Regularly prepare and cook food for guests and special occasions.
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate the purchase and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  • Oversee and direct food preparation and cooking activities across multiple dining establishments.
