Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Construction Activities
    • Oversee the work of construction teams, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate and schedule construction activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure Construction Site Safety and Efficiency
    • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
    • Monitor and maintain the condition of the construction site, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Train and Develop Construction Teams
    • Provide training and guidance to construction teams, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to complete projects effectively.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of construction teams.
  • Estimate and Manage Project Costs
    • Estimate project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction supervisory role
