About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers.

Food Preparation and Presentation

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Kitchen Management

Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we are always stocked and ready to meet customer demand.

Cleanliness and Safety

Ensure that the kitchen and work areas are clean and safe, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is essential.

Work Setting

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Physical Capabilities

You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a repetitive task environment.

Personal Suitability

We are looking for a dependable, flexible, organized, and team player who is able to work in a permanent role with 30 to 40 hours per week.
