Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Reversomatic Manufacturing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring the smooth flow of cash and managing our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Schedule and Coordinate Financial Activities

Plan and schedule financial events, programs, and activities to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

Manage Financial Transactions

Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, and resolve any work-related problems.

Train and Supervise Staff

Train and supervise a team of 3-4 people, and up to 5-10 people in some cases, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

Manage Financial Resources

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment.

Coordinate with Other Departments

Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Financial Management Skills

Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Excellent Communication Skills

Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and other stakeholders.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Quick Books, Simply Accounting, and other relevant accounting software.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
