About Feth Farms Ltd.

We are a leading agricultural company seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Farm Worker. As a Farm Worker, you will play a crucial role in the success of our farm by assisting with various tasks related to crop farming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant, Cultivate, and Irrigate Crops: Assist in planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Fertilize and Spray Crops: Apply fertilizers and pesticides to crops as needed to promote healthy growth and prevent pests and diseases.
  • Harvest Crops: Assist in harvesting crops at the appropriate time to ensure timely delivery to market.
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery and Equipment: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors, loaders, and other equipment, to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Examine Product for Quality: Examine crops for quality and readiness for market to ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Work Site Environment: The work site environment is outdoors, with exposure to wet/damp, dusty, hot, and noisy conditions.
  • Work Setting: The work setting is in a rural area.
  • Tasks: The tasks involved in this position include repetitive work, working under pressure, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Experience with farm trucks, loaders, tractors, haying equipment, lift trucks, planting equipment, sprayers, and tillage equipment is an asset.
  • Automated Systems Experience: Experience with automated irrigation systems is an asset.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: A valid driver's license is required for this position.
