About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Chevron. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register with accuracy and efficiency, processing customer transactions and handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
  • Process Transactions with a high level of accuracy, handling returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance, ensuring a clean and organized store environment that meets Chevron's high standards.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor Store Operations, maintaining a safe and secure store environment, and reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
  • Participate in Visual Merchandising, maintaining visually appealing store displays and ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked and faced.
  • Work Collaboratively with Colleagues, supporting team members and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience in Retail Sales or Customer Service is an asset.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic Math Skills, with the ability to handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
