Your Role at Petcurean:

The Junior Brand Strategy Manager plays a vital role within the brand team, assisting the Brand Manager in the comprehensive development of brand strategies and marketing initiatives. You will bring a data-driven and analytical approach to your responsibilities, supporting the Brand Manager in steering global brand advancement.

This position involves close collaboration with the Marketing team, Innovation team, and external agency partners. You will manage and assist in the formulation of brand strategies and campaigns aimed at enhancing and evaluating our brand equity in key international markets. Your commitment to a consumer-first philosophy will ensure that core global consumer segments are effectively represented within the team. You are an organized and proactive marketing professional who excels in a dynamic environment, capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on global consumer behavior and segmentation to assist the Brand Manager in leading research initiatives.
  • Analyze brand performance in specific regions to inform tailored brand strategies and positioning.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and adaptation of region-specific campaigns and brand assets that resonate with consumers.
  • Advise the Brand Manager on developing marketing claims databases and product packaging.
  • Participate in the creation of region-specific brand guidelines and identity.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify and create assets that resonate with our consumer segments.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop tailored content and assets for websites that enhance brand equity.
  • Analyze and report on brand performance in strategic markets, advocating for growth opportunities.
  • Be proactive in completing tasks and other duties as required.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
