Job Title: Vice President, Academics

The ExecThread Institute is seeking a seasoned leader to serve as Vice President of Academics. This key role will be responsible for driving the academic vision and strategy of the Institute, ensuring that our educational programs and services align with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement academic strategies that promote student success and academic excellence
  • Lead and manage a team of academic professionals to achieve Institute goals
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to design and deliver high-quality academic programs
  • Oversee the development and implementation of academic policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, higher education administration)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in academic leadership or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in academic program development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
