Overview
The structures that define our environment are often perceived as static elements, anchored to specific times and locations. However, what if our constructed surroundings — where we reside, study, engage in leisure, and conduct business — could propel us into the future?
Our Architectural practice prioritizes human experience, acknowledging that our collective progress is influenced by the thoughtful and adaptive spaces we create. From landmark designs to significant project launches, we invite you to contribute to the realization of innovative building solutions.
Your Role
As a Project Architect within our Architecture team, you will independently guide clients through the planning and execution of projects that are deeply aligned with their requirements, financially viable, and exemplify design excellence. Your extensive experience ensures familiarity with the design process from initial concept to project completion, including compliance with codes and regulations, contract documentation, cost estimates, and building standards.
As a key member of our design team, you will be expected to cultivate a collaborative and engaging atmosphere for the teams you lead, while also ensuring design quality, outstanding project delivery, and the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Encourage and foster creativity, critical thinking, and design excellence.
- Ensure that the overall design vision is accurately reflected in detailed documentation.

Qualifications
- Ability to engage in innovative and analytical thinking.
- Strong presentation and interview capabilities.
- Proven leadership on large-scale, complex projects.
- Open to design critiques and able to respond constructively.
- Review the work of others for accuracy and thoroughness.
- Interpret sketches, drawings, codes, and building programs effectively.
- Exhibit professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of building construction systems.
