Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Financial and Business Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our financial and business services team at Corinex Communications Corp.

Job Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the financial and business services team, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. This includes allocating resources, establishing policies and programs, and representing the organization in negotiations and official functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Review bids and negotiate costs
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Negotiate business contracts
  • Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Prepare reports and other documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Identify potential markets
  • Assemble the creative team
Requirements:
  • More than 20 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
