  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current trends, styles, and fits.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including maintaining a visually appealing store environment and ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Reconcile daily sales and prepare deposits and end-of-day reports for management.
  • Participate in inventory management, including processing merchandise receipts, inspecting merchandise, and communicating any damages or discrepancies to management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
  • Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including standing, stooping, lifting 11 kilograms, and climbing a ladder.
