We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our clinical education team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering educational programs that promote best practices and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our clinical staff and patients
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify education priorities and develop strategies to address them
- Deliver high-quality education to individual and groups of staff and patients, using a variety of teaching methods and modalities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities to ensure a safe and effective learning environment
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
- Three years of recent related clinical experience in the designated clinical area, including one year of education and/or leadership experience
- Completion of post-graduate coursework and/or certification applicable to the designated clinical area
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes
