Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Massage Therapist to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and treatment planning skills, with a passion for delivering patient-centered, evidence-informed care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, treat, and educate patients with a range of conditions, including sports injuries, chronic pain, headaches, and low back/neck pain
  • Work collaboratively with chiropractors and physiotherapists to provide co-management and therapeutic diversity
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and professionalism
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including continuing education in clinical assessment, manual therapy techniques, communication, and practice management
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and treatment planning skills
  • Ability to work independently, problem solve, and adapt to unique patient needs
  • Passion for providing patient-centered, evidence-informed care
  • Clinical acuity to assess, treat, and educate patients confidently and concisely
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and teamwork amongst colleagues and administrative employees
