Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insulation Supervisor to join our team at S&C Insulating Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of insulation materials and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the installation of insulation materials on various construction projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of insulation installers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that the insulation installation meets the required standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions
