About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our team at Regency Plastics Company Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic presses to produce high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Press Operation: Operate flexographic presses to produce plastic products, ensuring high-quality output and meeting production targets.
  • Press Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on presses, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Monitor press output for quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Material Handling: Handle and store raw materials, including inks, plates, and cylinders, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other production team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Work Environment: The work environment is noisy and may involve exposure to odors.
  • Work Setting: The work setting is a manufacturing environment, and relocation costs may be covered by the employer.
  • Physical Capabilities: The role requires standing for extended periods and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: The ideal candidate will be organized, a team player, and able to distinguish between colors.
